Support KTH student teams in building technology for the future

Join us at Openlab for the MVP Bazaar, where students from the course Challenge-driven Technology-based Entrepreneurship (ME2625) showcase their early prototypes and invite you to test, challenge, and shape their innovations.

Each team will present their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) — tangible or digital — developed to address real societal and sustainability challenges.

💡 Your role: Explore. Test. React. Your feedback helps the teams refine their solutions toward real-world impact.

Drop in anytime between 10–12. Coffee and curiosity provided.

BioAI
Like ChatGPT for Biologists

How might we improve how bioligists handle and run software, across setup, access, training, integration, and documentation - so they can focus on science rather than technical barriers?

For any graduate student in biology who struggles with getting up to speed with software, our service BioAI provides a way to save time and get your first analysis up and running quickly. Unlike general AI solutions, we train our AI on bioinformatics (papers and repositories) in particular and prime the model to better converse with our users.

Try our prototype and tell us if you would trust BioAI to help you with research!

It replaces passive screen time with healthier dopamine boosts through social and physical engagement.

Components:
Students with digital addiction
Digital minimalism tool for wellness
Encourage balance with healthier dopamine boost
Social and physical engagement

Try our prototype and tell us how motivating the screen-time lock, movement rewards, and social group features feel for you.
Is the screentime lock connected to movement goals clear and acceptable?
Do the healthy food rewards feel valuable and motivating?
Would you join nearby classes or run clubs for group bonuses?
Does the adaptive difficulty (streaks, gradual habit building) feel fair?
Does replacing scrolling with movement and social activities feel better than restriction-only apps?

Flowin
We don’t track your steps, we connect your steps to others

How might we prevent Swedish adults from losing motivation and help them stay consistent in healthy living, despite stress, workload, and boring routines?

Flowin makes healthy habits last by combining local community, effortless discovery, and a supportive AI companion. All in one place!

We want visitors to quickly try our prototype, pick their interests, and see the kind of activities and suggestions they get. Then we simply ask them if this feels engaging enough to use in real life. Staying healthy is already tiring, so our question is: Does this feel light and enjoyable, or just like another boring health app?
